Frequently Asked Questions
When do you take the Christmas décor down?
Takedown is scheduled after the holidays, typically in early January. If you rent the look, we return to remove everything; if you've purchased the look, the décor is yours to keep.
What happens if something breaks?
Accidents happen. We'll discuss any replacement or repair costs in your custom proposal before booking, so there are no surprises.
Do I need to be home during installation?
Not usually. As long as we have access, most installations can be completed while you're away. We'll coordinate entry details when we book.
Do you decorate rentals between guests?
Yes. For short-term rentals, we can time installation and takedown around your booking calendar so the décor is ready for guests without disrupting stays.
Can I buy the décor after the season?
Absolutely. If you fall in love with your rented Christmas design, ask about purchasing the complete look to enjoy for years to come.
How far do you travel for Christmas decorating?
We serve Savannah, Richmond Hill, Tybee Island, Pooler and surrounding Coastal Georgia. Installations are available November 15–December 10, and dates are limited.
